Q. Does Karate hurt A. Karate training is very rigourous. Bumps, bruises and sore muscles are not uncommon. Serious injuries are extremely uncommon
Q. Do I need a Licence A Yes, if you decide karate is for you, a licence will be required. Please speak to an instructor for full details.
Q. What are the benefits of Karate? A. Karate is a Martial Art and a very effective method of self-defence. However, it also promotes good health, self discipline and self confidence.
Q. What is the earliest age to start training? A At present, there is a minimum age of 5. This is the minimum age that Insurance companies will provide appropriate cover.
Q. Is there an age limit to start training. A. No, our oldest students are in their 60’s
Q. Can I watch my child whilst training A. Yes, however we do ask for you not to distract your child or talk whilst the class is training
Q. Are we a member of any association. A. Yes - we are a member of
